Active touring ensemble carrying Afro-Jazz and coastal heritage to festivals, institutions and cultural stages.

KCCL International School

Music director role in Nairobi through Kenya Coast Creative Arts and Language School.

Safaricom Live Tour, 2010-2012

Juma Tutu served as bandleader and musical director for national live-music tours across Kenya.

Festival stages

Safaricom International Jazz Festival at Carnivore Grounds, Blankets & Wine 2013, and Sauti za Busara in Zanzibar 2010 with Makadem.

Collaborations

South Africa tour in 2004 backing Mighty King Kong, Safaricom Jazz collaboration with Jimmy Dludlu in 2015, the 2018 "Makande" single, and a shared stage with Manu Dibango.

Institutions

Alliance Francaise Spotlight on Kenyan Music, Kenya Film Commission launch events, Safaricom and Musicians' Union of Kenya connections.
